Where: Highway 3 - Paulson Summit to Kootenay Pass

Hazards:
- Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in snow and blowing snow.
- Accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.

Remarks:
An upper low will swing through southern B.C. on Friday and Saturday. Snow is expected to intensify on Friday morning, and ease Saturday afternoon. Total snowfall accumulations of 10 to 20 cm is possible.
