* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the followingareas, Coastal Dixie, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Jefferson, CoastalTaylor, Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Inland Dixie, Inland Franklin,Inland Jefferson, Inland Taylor, Inland Wakulla, Lafayette, Leon,Liberty and Madison and Georgia, including the following areas,Baker, Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Decatur, Grady, Lanier,Lowndes, Miller, Mitchell, Seminole and Thomas.* WHEN...Through Monday evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-watercrossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and floodingof creeks and rivers are possible.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- While widespread rainfall totals are generally 1 to 3 inchesthrough Monday evening, there is the potential for localizedareas exceeded 3 or more inches in a short period of time.This could lead to localized flash flooding across portionsof southwestern Georgia and the Florida Big Bend.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
