* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall continues.* WHERE...A portion of southwest Michigan, including the followingcounties, Allegan, Barry, Kalamazoo, Kent, Ottawa and Van Buren.* WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT Saturday.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 540 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicatedheavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.- The heaviest rain will likely shift east of the region by 700am. Radar estimates that 1.5 to 3.0 inches of rain fell overmuch of the advisory area.
