* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including thefollowing counties, Cumberland and Sampson.* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or isimminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 508 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area.- A flash flood warning is also in effect for portions of theadvisory area.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Fayetteville, Fort Liberty, Godwin, Hope Mills, Spring Lake,Eastover, Stedman, Garland, Newton Grove, Wade, Turkey,Linden, Bushy Lake Natural Area and Spivey's Corner.
